Robin Milavec is President, Global Chief Operating Officer & Executive Board Director. He brings over 35 years of automotive industry experience and has served as Global COO since 2026, President since 2021, and Executive Board Director since 2020.

Mr. Milavec has enterprise-wide responsibility for global operations, company performance, and profitability. He also leads Nexteer’s Environmental, Social, and Governance Committee and Enterprise Risk Management Committee and is a member of the Global Strategy Council (GSC).
