Robin Milavec is President, Chief Technology Officer, Interim Global Chief Operating Officer & Executive Board Director. He brings over 35 years of automotive industry experience and has served as CTO since 2019, Executive Board Director since 2020, and President since 2021. 

Mr. Milavec leads Nexteer’s global R&D and innovation initiatives and holds enterprise-wide responsibility for global operations, driving alignment of the company’s technology roadmap with industry megatrends and long-term growth opportunities. He also leads Nexteer’s Environmental Social and Governance Committee and Enterprise Risk Management Committee and is a member of the Global Strategy Council (GSC).
