Robin Milavec is President, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) & Executive Board Director. He brings over 35 years of automotive industry experience and has served as CTO since 2019, Executive Director since 2020 and President since 2021.

In his role, Mr. Milavec provides enterprise-wide leadership and oversees Nexteer’s global R&D and innovation initiatives. He ensures the company’s technology roadmap aligns with industry megatrends and long-term growth opportunities. He also leads Nexteer’s Environmental Social and Governance Committee, Enterprise Risk Management Committee and is a member of the Global Strategy Council (GSC).
