Jun Li is Senior Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Technology Officer & APAC Divisional President. He brings over 28 years of automotive industry experience and has served as CTO since 2026, CSO since 2025, and Division President since 2022.

Mr. Li leads global strategic alignment and drives initiatives to capture growth opportunities across all markets. He is also responsible for Nexteer’s global R&D and innovation initiatives, driving alignment of the company’s technology roadmap with key industry shifts and long-term growth as well as leading and achieving the strategic objectives of the Asia Pacific Division.  Mr. Li is a member of Nexteer’s Global Strategy Council (GSC).
