Jonas Regenfuss is Vice President, General Counsel for Nexteer Automotive. He brings nearly 20 years of international legal and governance experience and is responsibility for Nexteer’s global legal and compliance function, including corporate governance, transactional matters, litigation, intellectual property, labor and employment, and dispute resolution. He serves as a trusted advisor to the Board of Directors and executive leadership team supporting the Company’s strategic objectives, managing legal risk and advancing effective governance across its global operations. He is also a member of Nexteer’s Global Strategy Council. Mr. Regenfuss is admitted to practice law in Germany, England and Wales, and New York, and is also admitted in Michigan as a Special Legal Consultant.
