Fengtao Ding was appointed as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company in 2025, while being redesignated from a Non-Executive Director to an Executive Director. As a seasoned automotive industry expert, Mr. Ding brings over 20 years of industry experience and currently serves as a council member of the Society of Automotive Engineers of China.

As CEO, Mr. Ding provides comprehensive leadership to Nexteer’s executive team, driving the company’s profitable growth strategy while balancing the interests of all stakeholders. In his capacity as Chairman of the Board, he presides over board and shareholders’ meetings, leads the development of corporate strategic plans, ensures effective governance mechanisms, and fosters close collaboration between the Board and management.
