Mr. Ding, Fengtao was appointed as the Company’s non-Executive Director in 2025. Mr. Ding currently serves as the director and general manager of AVIC Automotive Systems Holding Co., Ltd. He has been the chairman of Guizhou Guihang Automotive Components Co., Ltd. since November 2022, and a director of Henniges Automotive Holdings, Inc. and HYD International Holdings Limited since December 2023.
