Standard Angle Rzeppa Joint

This fixed center joint features a 47-degree outboard joint. It can be used for both standard and ultra-high efficiency applications.

8 Ball Rzeppa

This fixed center joint has reduced mass and packaging than the standard angle Rzeppa joint. It can be used for both standard and ultra-high efficiency applications.

High Angle Undercut Free Joint

With 50-degree high-angle capability, this fixed center joint enables tight turning circles. Compared to a standard Rzeppa joint, it has higher strength at a lower angle.

Standard Tripot

Its low load-to-stroke makes this stroking joint ideal for automatic transmissions. The noise, vibration and harshness are acceptable for front-wheel drive applications with moderate running angles and output torque.

Enhanced Tripot

This stroking joint has all the benefits of a standard tripot joint, plus an industry-leading compact design featuring 5% lower mass and improved packaging.

Heavy Duty Standard Tripot

This large tripot joint is designed for severe use and heavy duty applications. It’s ideal for front-wheel drive vehicles with automatic transmissions.

Needleless Tripot

This unique tripot-style joint is specially designed for both inboard and outboard usage on very low torque secondary drive rear-axle applications. Its economical design is made possible by reducing demands for duty cycle and NVH performance.

Standard TriGlide

This is an excellent solution for high-torque and high-angle applications with demanding NVH requirements.

The TriGlide is Nexteer’s entry-level premium tripot joint. It features low-heat generation; has exceptional NVH performance; and exceeds the standard tripot joint’s efficiency.

Enhanced Triglide

Is Nexteer’s next generation Premium Tripot joint designed for the aggressive NVH demands of today’s generation of vehicles.  It delivers industry leading GAF performance for premium tripot style joints.

Double Offset

For applications requiring inboard joint angles up to 30 degrees and high-axial stroke requirements, the double offset is the ideal solution. It features a low-backlash design.

Cross Groove

Due to the lowest possible backlash and smaller package size, this is an excellent solution for rear-wheel drive applications.

Crossglide

A proven solution on the race track, this combines the low backlash of a cross groove joint with the low-heat generation of a standard tripot joint. When high performance is crucial in a rear-wheel drive vehicle, this is the ideal solution.

Solid Axle

Our most economical axle shaft technology, the solid axle, offers excellent value and the opportunity for customized damper solutions.

Welded Tubular Axle

Due to its modular design, the welded tubular axle can be configured for optimal torsional stiffness, mass and torsional strength. Customized damper solutions are available.
